Bye the Bayh...

The fact that the blogosphere left is up in arms about Obama picking Bayh is enough of a reason for me to like him for VP even more.

But now Obama is really damned if he does, damned if he doesnt:

Pick Bayh, and piss off the Netroots.

Pick Sebelius, and piss off the Clinton-deadenders, or PUMA's, as they like to be called.

The lineup of the convention, with Warner as a keynote, looks unfavorable to Kaine as a pick.

So who does that leave? Biden. Jay Allbritton on AOL thinks he's the only one left, by process of elimination.

Bayh still makes the most electoral sense, and According to Nate Silver, Obama is putting heavy resources into Indiana. But I'd love it to be Biden, personally. And remember, Obama himself said, it's all about governing, not the election. So it could be Biden after all....
